If you are not in to take delivery of your order, the package will be returned to your local sorting office. A note will be posted through your door to inform you. You will be contacted if your package has been returned to us to re-arrange delivery.

WHAT IF I WISH TO RETURN MY ITEMS?

If you are not satisfied with your items, then please e-mail us immediately at sarah@sassieaccessories.com to inform us. Then please return your jewellery within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please note that return postage fees are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be unworn, in new condition, have all tags attached and in original packaging. Please note that due to hygiene regulations, pierced earrings are non-returnable.
